Russ Tricoli gives his heart and soul to the things that matter in his life. Those who know him well realize what those things are – family and friends, work, health, and certainly sports! Along with hockey, he has also excelled in softball, racquetball and bowling. A common thread through all of those is Russell’s unique sense of humor and the hilarious antics that often accompany everything he does.
Following a season of hockey at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Russell Tricoli came to Ramapo and soon became part of Roadrunner history. For the next four seasons of club and varsity hockey, Russ was an offensive threat on the ice and a noticeable presence in the locker room. His goal scoring and offensive skills helped him to lead the team in scoring twice, and when his playing career ended he was second in Ramapo College’s all time career scoring. He holds team records for most goals in a season (43), most 3-goal games in a season (8) and most 3-goal games in a career (9).
Russell has been employed with PSE&G for the last 22 years. He and Terri, his wife of more than 20 years, live in Waldwick and have three children; Jared, Lindsay and Danielle.
