One of the most successful student-athletes with the softball program, Erica Moore made a name for herself from 2003-2006. During her freshman campaign, she was honored as the Ramapo College Rookie of the Year, while being named to the  NJAC All-Conference 1st Team, and the NCAA All-East Region 1st Team.  She was named NJAC Rookie of the Year, and team Rookie of the Year.  She collected NJAC Player of the Year, NJAC All-Conference 1st Team, Most Valuable Player, NCAA East Region All-Tournament Team, and NJAC 2nd Team All-Conference honors during her sophomore and junior seasons.  Moore wrapped up a stellar career batting .408 (62-152) during her senior season. She collected a team leading 62 hits, and recorded seven doubles and 15 homeruns. She led the team with 39 runs batted in, while scoring 39.  That season, she was named Ramapo College Female Athlete of the Year, Most Valuable Player, and NJAC All-Conference 1st Team, while adding NCAA Championship All-Tournament Team honors to her long list of accomplishments.  She holds records at the college for hits in a season (62-2006), homeruns in a season (15-2006), and career runs scored (132).  Additionally, she sits in the top ten in seven other statistical categories.

Moore helped lead Ramapo to 131 wins, 53 in conference play, a NJAC regular season championship in 2003 at 18-0 in the conference, four straight post-season appearances including three NCAA, a NCAA East Region Championship, and an appearance in the NCAA World Series.  The 2004 and 2006 teams hold the record for the most wins in a season at 35.

The two-year captain graduated from Ramapo in 2006 with a degree in business and currently resides in Bergenfield.
