INTRODUCTION
Ramapo College Sports Performance Department strives to establish & maintain an environment for student-athletes, in which it seamlessly integrates a successful educational experience while competing at the highest level of NCAA Division-III athletics.
The Sports Performance program is directed by Joe Valentino, through his mission in providing student-athletes with the necessary tools for developing their physical & mental abilities. He is committed to offering every student-athlete with a safe & positive training environment, conducive for learning; while maintaining a competitive, diverse, and team-oriented culture. All RCNJ Sports Performance programs are designed to meet the various & individual needs of each student-athlete, while sharing common training principles & goals.
