Anita Rogers, a nine-time NCAA All-American, helped lead the Roadrunners to a fifth place team finish at the 2011-2012 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships and the programs first-ever and only NJAC Indoor Track & Field Team Championship. Today, she holds the #4 NCAA DIII all-time mark in the outdoor long jump with 6.16-meters and the #7 NCAA DIII all-time mark in the triple jump with 12.54-meters. Rogers holds the current NJAC Conference outdoor long jump record and the NJAC Conference indoor long jump and triple jump records. She is currently #1 all-time at Ramapo in the indoor and outdoor long jump and the indoor triple jump.  Rogers is also #2 all-time at Ramapo in the indoor 60-meter dash and 200-meter dash, and the outdoor 100-meter and triple jump. She was a three-time recipient of the NJAC Indoor Most Outstanding Athlete, while earning NJAC Track Athlete of the Year in 2012. She earned seven individual NJAC Championships during her career along with three NJAC Relay Championships. While at Ramapo, Rogers studied business administration and graduated in the Spring of 2013.
