The 2003 Ramapo College softball team finished with a 33-7 overall record including a 27-game win streak. The team swept the NJAC regular season for the first time in conference history with an 18-0 record, while being crowned NJAC Regular Season Champions. They made the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance earning an at-large bid. At the conclusion of the season, Head Coach Ben Allen was named NJAC Coach of the Year while Jamie Anzaldi earned NJAC Pitcher of the Year honors. Erica Moore was named NJAC Rookie of the Year.  Seven athletes earned NJAC All-Conference honors while eight individuals collected NCAA All-Region honors and were named to the NCAA East Region All-Tournament Team.
Members of the team included; Jamie Anzaldi, Alicia Cruz, Lauren Dathe, Eileen Escobar, Laura Germano, Laura Gold, Shellie Guider, Kelly Kernan, Kate Levin, Valerie Malfi, Jillian McCauley, Jett McGurk, Michelle Micklos, Erica Moore, Jackie Morris, Janine Pacyna, Andrea Pastiglione, Lisa Rizzo, Tara Solan, and Christina Traphagen. The coaching staff was made up of head coach Ben Allen and assistant coaches; Sal Anzaldi, Maryann Goodwin, Todd Lizzo and Ed Micklos.Â
