Bethlehem, PA: The Ramapo College men's outdoor track and field team competed at the Coach Pollard Invitational hosted by Moravian University.
In the 800m run,
Ryan Pena grabbed a second-place finish in 1:54.79, which lowers his own personal best. The time is also tied for sixth best in program history.
Mohamed Nidaazzi finished seventh in the 5k with a time of 15:58.85.
Logan Natale finished sixth in the 400m dash with a time of 49.27 seconds. His time is tied for fourth best in program history. Ramapo had two top 10 finishes in the 400m hurdles as
Matt Suero finished second in 54.60 seconds while
Colin Unis finished ninth in 57.18 seconds. Suero's time lowers his own personal best and the 2nd best mark in program history.
Anthony Gentile finished ninth in the 200m dash with a time of 22.60 seconds.
Sebastian Pross finished second in the hammer throw with a mark of 166' 8 ¼" while
Braden Holm finished fifth with a mark of 154' 5 ½". In the shot put, Holm grabbed a third-place finish (48' 6 ¼") while
Nick Palmadesso finished ninth in the javelin in 168' 11 ½".
The Roadrunners will return to action on Friday, April 25th when the 4x400m and 4x100m relay teams compete at the Penn Relays while the team will also compete at the Vassar Spring Invite on Saturday, April 26th.
