ROADRUNNERS FINISH 4TH OVERALL AT NJAC INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS

Philadelphia, PA:  The Ramapo College men's indoor track & field team placed fourth overall at the 2025 Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Ott Center. The Roadrunners earned a total of 44 points in the two-day meet.

Results

In the weight throw, Sebastian Pross was named NJAC Runner-up with a mark of 16.04m and a second-place finish. His mark is a personal best and is third all-time at Ramapo. Braden Holm posted a mark of 15.38m for a fourth-place finish while his mark is now fourth all-time.
In the finals of the 60m dash, Kevin Ortiz posted a time of 7.15 seconds for a 6th place finish. Two Roadrunners grabbed top 10 finishes in the mile run as Ryan Pena clocked in at 4:19.94 (5th place) while Julian Mignone posted a time of 4:28.49 for an 8th place finish. Nicolo Caminiti (9th place) and Anthony Sileo (10th place) cleared 1.77m and 1.72m respectively in the high jump. Terrell Lockett recorded a time of 50.74 seconds in the 400m dash while Logan Natale and Anthony Gentile posted times of 51.15 seconds and 51.68 seconds. In the 200m dash, Michael Okafur-Brown finished 11th overall with a time of 22.76 seconds while Ndubuisi and Mark Shinkorenko finished back-to-back with times of 22.99 and 23.02 seconds respectively. In the 3k, Jose Espinal crossed the finish line in 9:43.55, finishing 12th overall. To wrap up the meet, the 4x400m relay team posted a time of 3:24.20 to grab fourth-place overall. The team was made up of Gentile, Shinkorenko, Natale and Lockett.

Day One:
The distance medley relay team were crowned NJAC Champions with a winning time of 10:26.11. The team was made up of Julian Mignone, Matt Suero, Colin Unis and Ryan Pena. Their combined time also qualified them for the AARTFC. Ortiz qualified for the finals of the 60m dash with a seventh-place finish in the prelims in 7.13 seconds. In the 60m hurdle prelims, Ethan Murry posted a personal best time of 8.92, which is 8th on the programs top 10 list. The 4x200m relay team finished in 4th place (1:29.94) and recorded five points for the team. The team was made up of Gentile, Natale, Shinkorenko and Lockett. In the shot put, Holm posted a mark of 13.67m for a seventh-place finish and his mark is also 10th on the program's top ten list.
