Mahwah, NJ: The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced the 2024-2025 NJAC Women's Basketball Preseason Poll today seeing the Roadrunners ranked 8th overall. The poll is voted on by the 10 league head coaches.
The Roadrunners open the season this Friday, November 8th at 7:00pm on the road against #10/14 ranked Smith College. The Pioneers who are tabbed to win the NEWMAC for the fifth consecutive season, advanced to the National Title game last season. The Roadrunners play two more road games before returning home on Saturday, November 16th when they host Haverford College at 1:00 PM.
Last season the Roadrunners recorded an 18-11 overall record and 11-7 NJAC conference record. The team advanced to the NJAC Semifinals before falling to eventual conference champion TCNJ. After earning the program's 8th bid to the ECAC Basketball Tournament, the team went on to win the team's second ECAC Tournament Championship. The Roadrunners defeated Gallaudet University in the semifinal game before taking down Baruch College, 74-50 in the championship game.

Mike Eineker will look to junior transfers
Bailey Murrell and
Brianna Smith to make an immediate impact on the court. Eineker also welcomes five freshmen to the squad who will also see time on the court during the season.
