Dillon Fisher and rookie
Chris Andersen have been named to the
2019 NJAC Men's Outdoor Track & Field All-Conference team, announced today by the league office. These two Roadrunners highlight Ramapo's selections to the 63-member squad, which was announced on May 10. All NJAC special awards were determined by a vote of the league's 10 head coaches. The all-conference honors were based on performances at the 2019 NJAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, which were conducted at Stockton University on May 4-5.
Andersen earned NJAC First Team All-Conference and was crowned NJAC Champion in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55:12. This marked the fifth straight Roadrunner champion in the event at the while his time is 4th best on the Ramapo top 10 list.
Fisher earned NJAC Second Team All-Conference in the 400-meter hurdles. At the championships he placed second overall in 55.17 seconds, which is 3rd best on the top 10 list at Ramapo.
