Immaculata, PA: The Ramapo College men's volleyball team defeated Immaculata University today, 3-1 (25-16, 19-25, 25-14, 25-21). The Roadrunners move to 6-7 overall while the Mighty Macs now stand at 1-3 overall.
Jan Tracz led the Roadrunners once again with a career high 17 kills as he hit .375 overall while he also posted 10 digs.
Amari Menter tallied 14 kills with 10 digs and a team high five aces.
Justin Hidalgo contributed with eight kills and two blocks while
Joseph Duca added 41 assists, nine digs and three blocks (one solo). Ramapo collected 52 kills in the match on 119 attempts with 20 errors to hit .269 as a team.
For the Mighty Macs, Josh McGurl and Noah Zunski each recorded eight kills in the match while McGurl posted two aces and seven digs. Zunski posted two aces, five digs and one assist. Luke Dortenzo dished out 22 assists while he added two kills, one block, one ace and five digs. On defense, J.P. Farrely tallied eight digs for the team. Immaculata collected 30 kills on 107 attempts with 21 errors.
The Roadrunners will return to action on Thursday, Feb. 26th when they host Kean University for a NJAC match at 7:00 PM.
