Langhorne, PA: The Ramapo College men's volleyball team defeated Cairn University tonight on the road, (25-23, 25-16, 23-25, 25-22). The Roadrunners move to 4-7 overall while the Highlanders now stand at 3-13 on the year.
Ramapo took sets one, two and four while the Highlanders came back to win set three.
Jan Tracz posted a double double of ten digs and 13 kills while he added one assist and one block.
Amari Menter posted a team high 15 kills with one block and six digs.
Justin Hidalgo and
Xavier Fabre each collected seven kills while Hidalgo posted one ace and two digs and Fabre tallied three blocks (one solo) and one dig.
Sean McNally contributed with nine digs and three assists while
Joseph Duca dished out a team high 39 assists while adding three kills, two aces, six digs and one block.
For the Highlanders, Sam Poirier led the way with 14 kills while adding two solo blocks and seven digs. Justin Panaia added nine kills, three total blocks and three digs while Josh Adler added 29 assists, eight digs and two kills.
The Roadrunners return to action on Thursday, Feb. 19th when they host Purchase College at 7:00 PM at the Bradley Center.
