Purchase, NY: The Ramapo College men's volleyball team earned a 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 31-29) sweep tonight over Purchase College on the road to improve to .500 on the year at 6-6 overall and 2-1 in Skyline competition. Purchase falls to 7-7 and 0-1 in conference play.
Reece Kirchofer came up huge for Ramapo as he led the Roadrunners with 23 kills on 41 attempts (.561) with zero errors. The team went a combined 48-102 (.324) with 15 errors as
JoJo Meyer assisted on 39 points. Kirchofer picked up eight digs and collected four points on landed aces.
For Purchase, Channing Williams led the team on offense with 18 kills. He posted 30 attempts and nine errors hitting .231. The team hit a combined 35-88 (.216) with 16 errors. Ayden dished out 30 assists and Tyler Ryan led the defense with ten digs.
Ramapo returns to action on March 3
rd when they travel to Manhattanville for a 7pm match-up.
