Mahwah, NJ: The Montclair State University women's soccer team earned a 2-0 NJAC victory tonight over Ramapo College in NJAC action. The Red Hawks move to 7-5-5 overall and 4-2-1 in the NJAC while the Roadrunners move to 3-11-1 overall and 0-7 in the conference.
MSU scored their first goal early in the first half when Niki Danz tallied her third goal of the season with a header into the back of the net. Tara Lambert earned the assist following a free kick for the Red Hawks. In the second half, Kylie Prendrgast also posted her third goal of the season as Montclair State was awarded a penalty kick in the 63rd minute.
The Red Hawks tallied 12 shots on goal and three corner kicks while Salange Bell recorded three saves in the game for MSU. The Roadrunners posted three shots on goal tonight while they added one corner kick. Ramapo goalie

The Roadrunners return to action on Saturday, October 26th when they host Rowan University in NJAC action at 7pm. Prior to the game Ramapo will honor their senior class in a pre-game ceremony.
