Mahwah, NJ:  Ramapo head softball coach Bridgette Quimpo, assistant coaches and current student-athletes will host the 2024 Ramapo Softball Winter Clinics at the Bradley Center Auxiliary Gym on the campus of Ramapo College.
 
The clinics dates are as follows:  February 3rd, 10th, 17th and 23rd and will be for girls ages 8-18.
$175 Pre-Registration; $180 Registration Door; Group Rate (6+) $165 ($75 charge on cancellations) **No Refunds

FOR GIRLS AGES 8-18

FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING/ADVANCED TRAINING OFFENSE:
I. Learn proper mechanics of Hitting/Bunting
II. Leverage points of the swing
III. Proper baserunning skills

DEFENSE:
IV. Learn proper throwing mechanics
V. Proper fielding techniques and drills

PITCHING:
VI. Learn proper pitching mechanics

MENTAL:
VII. Mental Game Skills / Life Skills / Building Confidence
VIII. Classroom Sessions / Chalk Talk
