General Information FOR GIRLS AGES 8-18 FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING/ ADVANCED TRAINING OFFENSE: I. Learn proper mechanics of Hitting/Bunting II. Leverage points of the swing III. Proper baserunning skills DEFENSE: IV. Learn proper throwing mechanics V. Proper fielding techniques and drills PITCHING: VI. Learn proper pitching mechanics MENTAL: VII. Mental Game Skills / Life Skills / Building Confidence VIII.
