Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's cross country team will compete at the 2022 NJAC Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 29th. The meet is being hosted by the College of New Jersey while the race will begin at 10:30am.
The NJAC conference released a pre-championship poll, which is voted on by the nine league coaches. The Roadrunners have been picked to finish 4th as a team at the NJAC Championships behind Stockton (1), TCNJ (2) and Rowan (3). The Roadrunners highest team finish in program history was second place in 2005. Last season the team finished fourth overall while
Jane Wagner became the first woman in program history to win a NJAC Individual Cross Country Championship.
Heading into the conference championship,
Suzanne Zaugg is leading the Roadrunners this season and will look to finish in the top five.
Zoey Cassavell and Wagner will also look to have a strong showing to give the Roadrunners team points.
