Poughkeepsie, NY:  The Ramapo College women's cross country team competed at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational hosted by Vassar College at the Vassar Farm & Ecological Preserve. The Roadrunners placed fifth overall in a field of nine scoring teams.

Dale Leonard led the Roadrunners with a seventh-place finish overall as she clocked in at 19:10.2 in the 5k race. Zoe Gregory finished second for the team in 21:27.8 while Jasmin Silva-Vargas was third for the Roadrunners in 21:49.6. Kiera Gregory and Brooke Meberg rounded out the top five finishers for the team with times of 21:55.9 and 22:02.8 respectively.

The Roadrunners return to action on October 11th when they travel to the Metropolitan Conference Championships hosted by NJIT at Branch Brook Park in Newark, NJ.
