Box Score Patchogue, NY:  The #3 seeded Saint Joseph's College (LI) defeated #6 seeded Ramapo College today, 18-5, in the first round of the 2013 Skyline Women's Lacrosse Tournament.

The Golden Eagles improve to 12-5 overall as they advance to the semifinals on Thursday at #2 Montclair State University, while the Roadrunners stand at 5-11 overall.

Ramapo posted five goals in the game. Taylor Jade Nicholas put the Roadrunners on the board in the first half off a pass from Briana Vitulano while Lindsay Hughes tallied four unassisted goals.

Reagan Vier collected 11 saves in the game for the Roadrunners.

Ramapo returns to action on Saturday whey they host NJAC foe Rutgers-Camden University at 1pm.
