Box Score Patchogue, NY: The Ramapo College women's lacrosse team fell to Skyline rival Saint Joseph's College (LI) today, 16-6., The Roadrunners fall to 1-6 overall, 1-3 in the Skyline while the Golden Eagles improve to 7-3 overall and 4-0 in the conference.
Ramapo posted two goals in the first half. Rookie
Lindsay Hughes had a hand in both goals. She scored the first goal just 1:31 into the game and assisted on Taylor Jade Nichols' goal (15:47) into the game.
In the second half, Hughes tacked on three more goals for Ramapo while
Amanda Ferry added one goal of her own. The Golden Eagles out shot Ramapo, 47-10 while Roadrunner goalie
Reagan Vier recorded 24 saves in the game.
The Roadrunners return to action on Friday at 1pm when they host NJAC foe Rowan University.
