Mahwah, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's lacrosse team opened up the 2012 season with a 19-3 loss to NJAC rival and #2 ranked The College of New Jersey. The Lions now stand at 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the conference.

TCNJ recorded six goals from Kathleen Notos followed up by three goals each from Leigh Mitchell and Trenna Hill. Erin Waller and Jillian Nealon posted two goals each while Becky Gilman, Kendal Borup and Lauren Karpovich each added one goal a piece. Mitchell posted a team high ten assists in the game.

For the Roadrunners, Amanda Barretta scored two goals while Adrianna Tepedino tallied a goal and assist in the game.

Ramapo returns to action when they host Skyline conference foe, St. Joseph's College (LI) at 2:00pm on March 10th.
