Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Van Thuyne earns his first NJAC Player of the Week honor after leading Ramapo to a pair of wins last week. He averaged 3.5 kills and 4.42 points per set as the Roadrunners defeated York 3-0 and John Jay 3-1. He registered seven kills, three digs, and an ace in two sets played against York. He then tallied 14 kills, four aces, and two digs in the win over John Jay. He successfully handled all 25 receptions on the week and hit .255. Van Thuyne currently leads the NJAC in kills (3.17/set) and points (3.57/set) so far this season.
