Herbert earns her second and Ramapo’s fourth NJAC Swimmer of the Week honor of the season after leading Ramapo at the Metropolitan Championships over the weekend. She posted two NCAA ‘B’ cut times in the 50 free, including in both the preliminary and the final. She clocked a 23.61 in the final to finish third out of 24 swimmers in the event. She also posted a third place finish in the 200 free, with a time of 1:54.34. Herbert anchored three Roadrunner relays, including the 200 free relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 medley relay. Both 200 relays finished third out of 15 teams, with the free relay clocking a 1:37.45 and the medley relay finishing in 1:47.77. She also anchored the 400 medley relay to fourth place with a time of 3:59.83. Herbert led the Roadrunners to a sixth place team finish at the METs.
