Heitler earns NJAC Pitcher of the Week honors after leading the Roadrunners to a pair of victories on the mound during a five-day span. He opened the week by surrendering just one earned run in 5.0 innings of work while striking out 11 to garner the win in a 9-4 road win at New York Maritime. He wrapped up the week by improving to 4-0 on the season after allowing just one earned run in
a 7.0 inning complete game victory with 15 strikeouts during a 5-1 win over Ursinus. Heitler, who struck out 26 in 12.0 innings pitched in the two games combined, currently leads the NJAC in total strikeouts (53).
