Calero earns NJAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week honors after traveling to Princeton to compete at the Princeton University New Year’s Invitational. He placed 10th in a field of 31 competitors in the 600 meters with a school-record time of 1:23.73. He also was a member of the Roadrunners’ 4x400 meter relay which placed 10th in a field of 31 teams with a time of 3:29.50. Ramapo’s performance in the 4x400 meter relay currently ranks as the ninth best men’s NCAA Division III time in the event recorded during the 2011-12 indoor season.
