Mahwah, NJ: The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced the 2026 NJAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-Conference teams this afternoon. All-Conference honors were determined by finish at the recent NJAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship and major awards were voted on by the league's nine head coaches.

Dale Leonard earned NJAC First Team All-Conference in the 800m and 1500m races after winning each race at the championship meet. Leonard clocked in with an 800m program record time of 2:11.83 while she won her second outdoor 1500m race in 4:34 flat. Ashley Gordon earned NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference in the 100m dash when she crossed the finish line with a personal best time of 12.27 seconds. Her time is now 5th all-time in program history. The 4x100m relay team made up of Gordon, Lauren Daniels, Madison Parker Anderson, and Morgan Levine earned NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference after recording a combined time of 47.87 seconds. This was the team's top time this season.
