Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's outdoor track and field team competed in the Last Chance Twilight Meet tonight at the Athletic Center.
Abigail Jones won the 400m race in 1:00.35 while
Kamalah Williams grabbed a season best time of 1:01.63 to place second and
Victoria Romanov placed third in 1:01.73. In the 100m prelims,
Lauren Daniels posted a personal best time of 12.79 seconds to advance to the finals. In the 200m dash, Williams clocked in with a season best time of 27.33 seconds for a third-place finish while Regine Lladoc placed fifth with a personal best time of 28.12 seconds.
Brooke Meberg crossed the finish line in the 1500m race in 5:03.53 to place fifth overall. In the field events,
Bryanna Shepperson placed second in the high jump when she cleared 1.53m while Lladoc placed third overall as she cleared 1.48m. In the high jump,
Nicolette Costa cleared 2.60m to finish second in the event. The 4x100m relay team made up of Gordon,
Morgan Levine,
Madison Parker Anderson and
Lauren Daniels posted a combined time of 48.50 seconds to finish in first place. The 4x400m relay team made up of
Abby Petrolia, Meberg,
Rea Pagatpatan and
Zoe Gregory recorded a combined time of 4:40.02 to place second overall to wrap up the meet.
The Roadrunners will return to action on Monday, May 11th when they travel to Widener University for the Widener Last Chance Meet beginning at 10:00am.
