La Crosse, WI:  Dale Leonard of the Ramapo College women's track and field team competed at the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 800-meter race. The championships are being hosted by the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse at Veteran's Memorial Field Sports Complex.

Leonard made her second NCAA outdoor championship appearance and owns the 800m program record. She ran in the prelims of the event this afternoon and posted a time of 2:14.06 to finish seventh in the heat and 21st overall. The top two times of each heat and the next three fastest out of all three heats advanced to the finals on Saturday.
