Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's outdoor track and field team placed fifth overall today at the 2026 NJAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Ramapo College. The Roadrunners tallied 54.5 points in the two-day meet.
NJAC Championship Final Results
Dale Leonard won her second NJAC outdoor 1500m championship race with a time of 4:34 flat. Leonard also won the 800m outdoor title with a new program record and winning time of 2:11.83. In the 100m final,
Ashley Gordon grabbed a third-place finish when she posted a personal best time of 12.27 seconds while the time is also 5th all-time in program history.
Morgan Levine recorded a season best mark of 12.47 seconds to finish in sixth-place overall. In the 5k,
Gianna Penyak posted a time of 18:21.25 (7th place) while
Abigail Jones placed 6th overall in the 100 hurdles in 15.33 seconds with a new personal best time. Jones clocked in at 1:05.65 in the 400m hurdles as she placed 5th overall with her second personal best time of the meet. Her time was also 6th in program history. The 4x100m relay team made up of Gordon,
Lauren Daniels,
Madison Parker Anderson and Levine grabbed a third-place finish with a combined time of 47.87 seconds. The 4x400m relay team was made up of
Kamalah Williams,
Victoria Romanov, Leonard and Jones. In the high jump,
Bryanna Shepperson cleared 1.53m to place sixth overall. Parker Anderson's time in the 200m of 25.36 seconds is now the 5th best in program history as she finished 7th overall.
