Ewing, NJ: The Ramapo College men's outdoor track & field team competed at the TCNJ Invitational today.
Owen Usinowicz grabbed a third-place finish in the 110 hurdles with a time of 16.34 seconds while in the 400m hurdles,
Colin Unis clocked in at 59.83 seconds for a fifth-place finish.
Logan Natale finished in fifth place in the 400m dash in 51.14 seconds while
Terrell Lockett clocked in at 52.42 seconds. In the 200m dash,
Mark Shinkorenko posted a time of 23.24 seconds to finish in 10th place.
JC Mendoza posted a time of 11.35 seconds in the 100m dash prelims while
Kevin Ortiz crossed in 11.41 seconds. In the 800m race,
George Losche posted a time of 2:23.36 while
Mohamed Nidaazzi and
Jose Espinal posted times of 4:25.14 and 4:36.31 respectively in the 1,500m race. The 4x100m relay team recorded a third-place finish with a combined time of 43.45 seconds. They were made up of
Anthony Gentile, Mendoza, Ortiz and Shinkorenko. Ortiz also placed 10th in the long jump with a mark of 6.08m while
Sebastiano Secades posted a mark of 5.50m.
Two Roadrunners competed at the Bison Outdoor Classic hosted by Bucknell University. In heat eight,
Ryan Pena clocked in at 1:58.77 in the 800m race.
Michael Mohr posted a time of 4:09.65 in the 1,500m race in heat ten.
The team returns to action when they travel to the Coach Pollard Invitational hosted by Moravian University on April 18th beginning at 10am.
