Mahwah, NJ: The College of New Jersey men's swim team defeated Ramapo College, 166-89. The Lions move to 1-0 in dual meet action while the Roadrunners now stand at 1-2 overall.
Adam Wright placed second in the 1,000 freestyle in 10:17.58 while
Doruk Evcimen placed second in the 200 freestyle in 1:47.66. Evcimen also grabbed a third-place finish in the 200 fly in 2:01.61. In the 50 freestyle,
Joe Swede posted a time of 22.90 seconds for a second-place finish while he finished third in the 200 breaststroke in 2:25.72. Evcimen recorded a time of 4:56.12 in the 500 freestyle for a third-place finish. Wright placed third overall in the 100 fly when he touched the wall in 56.66 seconds.
The Roadrunners return to action on November 21st when they travel to Misericordia University for the Cougar Splash for a three-day meet.
