Staten Island, NY:  The Ramapo College women's swim team opened the season at the Kick Off Invite hosted by the College of Staten Island. The Roadrunners finished in fourth place overall with 49 total points.

Alazne Sudupe placed second overall in the 200-yard butterfly in 2:16.27. Madi Benefield finished second in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:26.56. Sudupe also finished third in the 100-yard butterfly in 1:01.65. The 400-yard freestyle relay team made up of, Sovy Taylor, Valeria Pages, Benefield and Sudupe placed second with a combined time of 3:47.45.

The Roadrunners return to action on October 18th when they host Baruch College for a 2pm meet.
