Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's volleyball team has been picked to finish 7th overall in the 2024 New Jersey Athletic Conference Preseason poll announced today by the league office.

First-year head coach
Tyler Kwinta takes over a program who won the NJAC Tournament Title last season. Kwinta returns six players from last year's squad including seniors
Amanda Fatouh,
Riley Stewart and
Emily Shea. Stewart finished 3rd on the team with 32 combined blocks including seven solo blocks along with 61 kills. Fatouh posted 82 digs and held a .903 passing percentage while Shea added 17 kills in 18 matches played along with six blocks and six digs. Kwinta will also look to newcomers
Jasmine Rolle and
Gianna Scillia to make an impact in their first season with the team.

The 2023 Roadrunners finished with a 25-2 overall record and 7-1 record during the NJAC regular season where they entered the NJAC Tournament as the #2 seed. Ramapo defeated #3 Kean University in four sets in the semifinals and #1 Stockton University in a thrilling five set championship match. Ramapo earned the league's NCAA Tournament automatic bid, their second appearance in program history. The Roadrunners open the 2024 season on the road at FDU-Florham on Thursday, September 5th at 7pm before returning home to host Manhattanville University on Tuesday, September 10th at the Bradley Center at 7pm. The team plays in five more non-conference matches before traveling to Rutgers-Camden University for their first NJAC match on Tuesday, September 24th at 7pm.
