Mahwah, NJ:  The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced the 2023-2024 NJAC Women's Swimming & Diving All-Conference Teams & major award winners this morning. All-Conference honors were determined by finishes at the NJAC Championships held from February 15th through 18th and major awards were voted on by the league's head coaches.
 
Ramapo College senior Meghan Cortez-Fields was named NJAC Second Team All-Conference in the 100m butterfly. Cortez-Fields lowered her program record in the 100 butterfly and placed 2nd overall at the NJAC Championships with a time of 57.05 seconds.
