Mahwah, NJ: The Farmingdale State College women's lacrosse team earned a non-conference victory over Ramapo College tonight, 12-7. The Rams earn their first win of the season and now stand at 1-3 overall while the Roadrunners move to 1-1 overall.
The game was tied 7-7 heading into the fourth period before the Rams recorded five unanswered goals to take the game 12-7. The eventual game-winning goal came with 14:42 on the clock in the fourth as Carly Livingston scored her 11th goal of the season for an 8-7 lead. Livingston led the way for the Rams scoring five goals in the game while Molly Espey, Olivia Cassese and Emily Sohm all added two goals. In goal, Giavanna Stamatelo posted four saves in the first two periods of action while Ronnie Reilly let up just one goal in the final 30 minutes of play. Reilly tallied four saves in the final 30 minutes of action to earn the road victory for the Rams.

Kelly Griffin collected four goals to lead the team while
Esme Espinosa added two goals and one assist. In goal,
Daniella Indomenico recorded 15 saves in 60 minutes of play.
Ramapo returns to action on Saturday, March 9th when they host Purchase College in a non-conference game at 1:00 PM
