Purchase, NY: The Ramapo College men's volleyball team won two Skyline Conference matches today with 3-0 wins over the University of Mount Saint Vincent and host Manhattanville College. The Roadrunners improve to 12-5 overall and 9-1 in the Skyline.
Ramapo 3, UMSV 0 (25-17, 25-14, 25-18)
The Roadrunners collected 42 kills in the match on 85 attempts with 19 errors to hit .271 overall.
Nick Lisi posted a team high 15 kills while
Reece Kirchofer posted eight and
Anubis Roman tallied six.
JoJo Meyer led the team with 33 assists and three aces while Lisi posted seven digs.
Jon Zawada tallied six digs while
Caleb Ford tallied five blocks and Meyer added four.
Ramapo 3, Manhattanville 0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-20)
The Roadrunners hit .341 in the match with 42 total kills on 88 attempts with just 12 errors. The Valiants hit .079 in the match with 24 kills on 76 attempts and 18 errors. Kirchofer and Lisi each put down 12 kills each in the match while Roman added eight. Meyer posted a team high 36 assists while Kirchofer posted a double double adding 13 digs. Meyer and Zawada each collected four digs in the match.
Ramapo returns to action on March 21st when they travel to Sarah Lawrence College for a 7:00pm Skyline match.
