Mahwah, NJ: The Montclair State University field hockey team slipped past Ramapo College today with a 1-0 road NJAC win. The victory is the Red Hawk's third straight as they improve to 10-3 overall and remain undefeated in the conference at 3-0. The Roadrunners move to 3-10 overall and 0-2 in the NJAC.
The Red Hawks got on the board early in the game when Kylie Compton tallied her fourth goal of the season in the 8th minute of action (7:09). The goal was assisted by Gab Maisto. MSU would control the offense in the game while the Roadrunners played tough defense. The Red Hawks posted 21 shots on goal in the game.
