Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's volleyball team moved to 3-0 overall with a 3-0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-14) victory tonight at the Bradley Center over SUNY-Delhi (1-3 overall).
The Roadrunners posted a season high 45 team kills in the match as they were led by
Maliyah LaBrie who collected 15 kills, three aces and six digs.
Kalme Moncavo hit .647 on the night with 12 kills on 17 attempts and just one error, she also posted four digs and two aces.
Alexandra Sacchinelli and
Krystal Santiago Oquendo split the setting duties tonight as Sacchinelli collected 12 and Santiago Oquendo posted ten. Santiago Oquendo also led the team on defense with 16 digs while she added one kill.
Katie Bishop posted seven assists and two aces while
Amanda Fatouh collected seven digs on defense. The team hit .248 in the match with 45 kills on 101 attempts and 20 errors.
For the Broncos, the team collected 12 team kills in the match while Save Renneisen led with five kills. Finley Benn added three kills and two digs while Michaella DeCapua posted eight assists and two aces. Brooke Schoppmeyer posted 11 digs on defense to lead the team.
The Roadrunners return to action on Tuesday, September 12th when they travel to Sarah Lawrence College for a non-conference match at 7:00pm
