Montclair, NJ: The #10 Montclair State University women's soccer team posted a 5-0 NJAC conference win today over Ramapo College. The Red Hawks improve to 7-1-1 overall and 2-0-1 in the NJAC while the Roadrunners now stand at 2-6 overall and 0-2 in the conference.
Julie Baker recorded a hat trick in the game as she scored the first three goals for the Red Hawks. Baker tallied the first goal in the 6th minute (5:57) of action as the score held at 1-0 in favor of MSU until the second half. Baker put in the next two goals (48:41) and (54:04) to take a 3-0 lead. Gianna Curci tallied the team's fourth goal in the 82nd minute (81:28) while Olivia Kedziora put in the final goal via a penalty kick in the 87th minute (86:55) to push the score to 5-0.
Montclair State held a 15-1 advantage in shots on goal in the game while they had ten corner kicks. Haley Martin did not have to make a save for the Red Hawks while facing one shot. For the Roadrunners,

Ramapo returns to action on Wednesday, October 4th when they travel to #14 ranked the College of New Jersey for a 6:00pm NJAC conference game.
