Selinsgrove, PA: Members of the Ramapo College women's outdoor track and field team competed at the All-Atlantic Regional Track & Field Championships hosted by Susquehanna University.

On Wednesday, the 4x100m relay team placed fourth overall with a combined time of 47.69 seconds. The team was made up of
Barbara Exilus,
Rebecca Kneppel,
Meredith Yaskovic,
Gbarper Dwah. In the trials of the 100m dash, Dwah posted a time of 12.26 seconds to qualify for the finals on Thursday; while Yaskovic finished in 12th place with a time of 12.50 seconds.

On Thursday, in the 1500m race
Suzanne Zaugg clocked in with a time of 5:04.20. Kneppel grabbed a second place finish in the 200m dash with a time of 25.16 seconds while in the 400m race, she posted a time of 57.39 seconds for a 7th place finish. Yaskovic posted a time of 25.78 seconds in the 200m dash.
Zoey Cassavell clocked in at 2:24.53 in the 800m race while Exilus posted a time of 1:09.23 in the 400m hurdles.

Dwah's time in the 100m dash (11.97 seconds at the NJAC Championships) is currently 20th overall in NCAA DIII. The top 22 individuals in each event will qualify for the NCAA DIII Championships while the top 16 relay teams will qualify. The 2023 DIII men's and women's outdoor track & field championship selections will be announced Friday, May 19 in a press release on NCAA.com. The 2023 DIII outdoor track & field championships are from May 25-27, 2023 at Polisseni Track and Field Complex in Rochester, NY.Â
