Gbarper Dwah has been tabbed the NJAC Women's Indoor Track & Field Outstanding Track Athlete, which highlighted Ramapo's selections on the 2022-2023 NJAC All-Conference team. All NJAC special awards were determined by a vote of the league's head coaches. The all-conference honors were based on performances at the NJAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on February 20th.
For her performance at her first indoor conference championship meet, Dwah was named the Outstanding Track Athlete of the meet. She was crowned NJAC Champion in the 60m dash (7.66 seconds) while she was also named NJAC First Team All-Conference. She finished as the NJAC Runner-Up in the 200m dash (25.36) while Dwah teamed up with the 4x400m relay team which took home a second place finish. For her efforts in both events, Dwah earned NJAC Second Team All-Conference. The 4x400m relay team was made up of Dwah,

Rebecca Kneppel. Their time of 3:59.18 is a season's best time.
Suzanne Zaugg posted a time of 19:22.94 in the 5k race to finish 3rd overall while earning NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference. Zaugg also teamed up with the distance medley relay team who also placed third overall and earned NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference. The DMR team recorded a time of 13:11.22, which is a season's best time. The team was made up of
