Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College outdoor track and field team hosted the Ramapo College Track & Field Invitational. The Roadrunners finished in 4th place and tallied 54 points in the two-day meet.
Ashley Gordon recorded a personal best time in the 100m prelims clocking in at 12.31 seconds qualifying for finals. Madison Parker-Anderson also qualified for the final with a time of 12.89 seconds. Gordon won the finals in 12.62 seconds while Parker-Anderson finished in fifth in 13.01 seconds.
Abigail Jones qualified for the finals of the 100m hurdles and finished in sixth place in 19.58 seconds. In the 400m race,
Victoria Romanov and
Lauren Daniels clocked in with personal best times of 1:03.71 and 1:04.52 respectively. In the 800m,
Abby Petrolia posted a personal best time of 2:35.88. The 4x100m relay team made up of Gordon, Madison Levine, Parker-Anderson and Jones posted a combined time of 50.11 seconds to finish in second place.
Nicolette Costa cleared 2.42m in the pole vault to grab a second-place finish for the Roadrunners. To wrap up the meet, the 4x800m relay team placed third overall. The team was made up of
Zoe Gregory, Petrolia, Pagatpatan, Meberg and recorded a combined time of 10:45.28. In the high jump,
Bryanna Shepperson and Regine Lladoc finished tied for fifth place as they each cleared 1.58m, both securing personal bests.
The Roadrunners return to action at the MET Outdoor Track & Field Championships on April 3rd at Ichan Stadium.
