Union, NJ: The Kean University women's swim team earned a 213-48 win over Ramapo College today in their season opener. The Cougars stand at 1-0 overall while the Roadrunners stand at 0-1 to start the year.

The 200-yard medley relay opened the meet with a third place finish in 2:00.84. The team was made up of
Alazne Sudupe,
Camila Mercado, Meg Cortez-Fields and
Grace Korey.
Cami Yovich grabbed a second place finish in the 1,000-yard freestyle when she clocked in at 11:43.32 and Grace placed third in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:12.62. Sudupe posted a time of 2:23.23 in the 200-yard butterfly for a third place finish. In the 100-yard butterfly, Cortez-Fields clocked in with a time of 1:03.99 also finishing in third place.

The Roadrunners return to action on Saturday, November 4th when they host Susquehanna University at the Bradley Center at 2:00pm.
