Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's volleyball team moved to 15-1 overall and 4-1 in the NJAC with a 3-0 (25-10, 25-14, 25-17) victory tonight at the Bradley Center. The Gothic Knights now stand at 2-14 overall and 0-6 in the conference.
Kalme Moncavo led the Roadrunners with six kills while
Penelope Rivera and
Riley Stewart each added five kills.
Cleopatra Diakou posted three aces and nine assists while
Alexandra Sacchinelli also tacked on nine assists.
Krystal Santiago Oquendo posted a match high 20 digs while Rivera added seven and
Amanda Fatouh posted five. The Roadrunners posted 28 total kills in the match.
For NJCU, Ashley Jimenez and Brenda Gonzalez recorded four kills to lead the team. Scarlett Torres posted ten assists while Katrina Nguyendon led the way on defense with nine digs. The Gothic Knights tallied 14 total kills in the match.
Ramapo returns to action on Thursday, October 19th when they travel to Rowan University for a NJAC match at 7pm.
