Mahwah, NJ: The Montclair State University men's swim team posted a 168-89 win over Ramapo College today to open the 2022-2023 season at the Adele & Reuben Thomas Pool.
Alazne Sudupe won the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:20.03 while Sudupe also posted a time of 2:19.03 to win the 200-yard butterfly while she was second in the 500-yard freestyle in 5:33.93.
Alexa Pappas clocked in at 26.01 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle to place second overall while she did the same in the 100-yard freestyle in 58.17 seconds.
Cami Yovich placed third overall in the 200-yard breaststroke when she touched the wall in 2:40.88. Yovich also grabbed a first place finish (2:26.80) in the 200-yard IM while
Maddy Joe was second in 2:37.83.
The Roadrunners will return to action on Saturday, October 22nd when they take on Baruch College in non-conference action at 2pm.
