Staten Island, NY: The Ramapo College women's indoor track & field team competed at the Winter Classic yesterday afternoon hosted by the University of Albany.
Safiya Ratliff collected two personal best finishes today as she finished 10th in her section of the 800-meter run and 43rd overall while she posted a time of 2:27.56. She also posted a time of 5:26.92 in the mile as she placed 46th overall. Her time in the mile is 6th on the top ten list at Ramapo.
Kelsey Hoagland finished 7th in her section and 57th overall in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:34.96.
Mikayla Sasson finished 3rd in her section of the 200-meter dash and 28th overall as she clocked in at 26.12 seconds while she also qualified for the AARTFC Championships later this season. Her time is tied for 6th on Ramapo's top ten list.
Judanicka Julceus and
Judlynn Julceus each finished 5th in their respective sections of the 60-meter dash with times of 26.52 and 26.69 seconds respectively.
Nicole Bertollo posted a time of 1:03.72 in the 400-meter run while
Jennifer Polo clocked in at 11:06.64 in the 3k run.
The Roadrunners return to action on Friday, February 14th-15th when they travel to the David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University.
