Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's volleyball team earned the #2 seed in the upcoming Skyline Volleyball Tournament. The Roadrunners earn a first-round bye and will host the semifinals at the Bradley Center on this Thursday at 7pm.
Ramapo (18-11, 7-2 Skyline) will take on the winner of #3 Mount Saint Vincent College (16-11, 7-2 Skyline) and #6 Purchase College (14-8, 4-5 Skyline). The first round matches will be played at the higher seed on Tuesday, April 11th.
The Roadrunners defeated the Dolphins twice this season. They won a thrilling match on March 2nd at Mount Saint Vincent 3-2 (25-17, 24-26, 25-17, 19-25, 15-5) and Ramapo won at home on March 18th in a Skyline conference tri-match 3-1 (27-25, 23-25, 25-14, 28-26).
Ramapo has been led this season by junior
Justin Feigeles with 314 kills, 3.49 per match. He's also tallied 25 aces, 111 assists, 181 digs and 18 blocks. Senior
Connor Brandow has recorded 184 kills, 2.04 per match while he's contributed with 37 aces, 122 digs and 45 blocks. Senior
Jordan Elam leads the team with 69 blocks while he's also posted 109 kills. Senior
Nick Amos has recorded 153 kills, 11 aces, and 64 blocks. Sophomore
Terrence Cando has led the team on defense with 215 digs, 2.36 per game.
