Box Score Mahwah, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's volleyball team won their first match of the 2013 season with a 3-1(19-25, 25-19, 25-21, 25-20) non-conference victory over Mount Saint Mary College. The Knights fall to 0-5 on the season while the Roadrunners now stand at 1-3 overall.

After falling in game one the Roadrunners battled back to win the next three games. Individually, rookie Rachel Selmore led the way with 18 kills in the match while rookie Emily Guzman and sophomore Cathryn Smart each collected six kills. Sophomore setter Katilin Mac Iver dished out a team high 24 assists while sophomore Emily Harris posted a team high 18 digs. Selmore added 12 digs and two total blocks while sophomore Patricia Bergamasco added 11 of her own. Rookie Natalia Saavedra collected ten digs while Smart posted a team high six service aces.

The Roadrunners return to action on September 10th when they host the City College of New York at 7:00pm.
