New Paltz, NY: The Ramapo College women's swim team fell to non-conference rival New Paltz today, 97-160. The Roadrunners now stand at 1-2 overall.
Maggie Nagle posted a first place finish in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:05.14 while
Brenda Arthur places second overall in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:12.82.
Lauren Keller finished in second place in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 26.08 while Nagle placed second in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:24.10.
Ramapo went 1-2-3 in the 200-yard IM. Arthur,
Ana Nunez and
Victoria Schon touched the wall in 2:22.29, 2:36.29 and 2:42.55. Ramapo clocked in at 3:59.44 for a first place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay, the team was made up of Nagle,
Megan Fosko,
Kylie Suydam and
Devan Swistack.
The Roadrunners return to action when they host the College of New Rochelle on Saturdya, November 9th at 2pm.
