Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's swimming team fell to NJAC rival Montclair State University today at the Adele and Reuben Thomas Swimming Pool. The Roadrunners now stand at 0-4 overall and 0-2 in the conference.
The 200-yard medley relay team made up of
Kelsey Rosko,
Stephanie Sinck,
Amanda Wilson and
Lauren Keller placed second with a time of 1:58.42. Keller took home a first place finish in the 200-yard freestyle when she clocked in at 2:03.47 while Rosko placed second in the 100-yard backstroke (1:04.48). In the 200-yard butterfly,
Jamie Stein and
Kathleen Fitzgerald placed 1-2 with times of 2:29.89 and 2:31.32 respectively. Keller also placed second in the 100-yard freestyle in 55.75.
Prior to the meet the Roadrunners honored their two seniors,
Stephanie Sinck and
Chelsey Neders.
The Roadrunners return to action on Tuesday when they host NJAC rival William Paterson University at 6:00pm.
