East Stroudsburg, PA: The Ramapo College women's swim team fell to non-conference foe 121-82 today on the road. The Roadrunners now stand at 0-3 overall while the Warriors improve to 2-4.
The Roadrunners went 1-2 in the 100-yard backstroke as
Kelsey Rosko and
Maggie Nagle posted times of 1:04.09 and 1:04.64 respectively. Ramapo also took first place in the 200-yard freestyle relay when they clocked in at 1:53.35. The team was made up of
Brenna Berenholz,
Lauren Morgan,
Kylie Suydam and
Breanna Salazar.
Stephanie Sinck and
Jill Tracey placed second (1:14.91) and third (1:19.40) while
Lauren Keller placed second in the 100-yard freestyle when she clocked in at 57.02. Nagle and Salazar placed second and third respectively in the 200-yard IM with times of 2:22.98 and 2:31.63. Keller also placed second in the 200-yard freestyle (2:06.72) while
Chelsey Neders finished second in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:57.97.
The Roadrunners return to action when they host NJAC rival Montclair State University on January 28th at 2:00 PM.
